Reporting unwanted content
Manual Reporting
Users can report posts they find inappropriate by clicking the three dots in the top-right corner of any post and selecting “Report…”. These reports go straight to the Moderation Inbox.
Keywords auto-detection with Worker Bees
Global Admins can set up Worker Bees to detect specific keywords and trigger moderation alerts. To learn how to set up a Worker Bee, click here.
AI Post Moderation
AI automatically scans posts for unwanted content the moment a user hits “Publish.”
When a post is flagged byAI, it is sent to the Moderation Inbox and labeled accordingly. The system uses two layers of detection:
1. Content Toxicity Detection
AI flags content that includes:
- Sexual content
- Violent language or imagery
- Harassment or bullying
- Profanity
If triggered, the post appears in the inbox with a corresponding label.
2. Fair Play Rules
Admins can define custom rules via the Fair Play Rules page.
Go to:
Dashboard → Settings → Templates → Fair Play Rules
This lets you tailor what the AI flags based on your community guidelines.
Learn more about Fair Play Rules.
Auto-Hiding Content
Admins can set a report threshold to auto-hide posts or comments after a certain number of reports.
Set it up here:
Dashboard → Settings → General → Set Report Limit
Set the limit to 1, and flagged content will be hidden automatically.
Moderation Inbox
All flagged content - whether reported manually, by keyword or via AI - goes to the Moderation Inbox. Go to: Dashboard → Streams → Moderation → Reported
Who can access it?
- Global Admins
- Org Unit Admins
- Location Admins
- Stream Admins
- Content Moderators
They can either approve or remove a post. Once removed, the post becomes invisible to users.
📌 Tip: Reported posts can also be reviewed directly in the Stream in the web app.
