Pinning Posts

Global Admins, Stream Admins and Content Moderators can pin a post, which means it remains at the top of the stream at all times.

To do that just click on the 3 dots menu (ellipsis) in the post and follow the instructions as shown on the pictures below.

You can pin up to 9 posts in a single stream. By limiting the number of pinned posts, users are more likely to see fresh content and engage with more recent updates. This ensures that important updates are not lost in the sea of older, pinned posts.
Moreover it  increases visibility of the pinned posts. When there are fewer pinned posts, these posts are more likely to be seen by users. This leads to increased engagement with important updates and announcements.

To unpin a post, follow the same steps as before but choose “Unpin” to revoke the action.
