Forwarding Chat Messages

You can now forward individual messages in Beekeeper Chats to another conversation - just like you would in popular messaging apps.

This makes it easier to share information, especially voice notes, images, or documents, without needing to copy-paste or retype anything.

🔄 What can be forwarded?

You can forward one message at a time - including:

• Text
• Images
• Videos
• Voice messages
• Files

This works across:

• 1:1 chats
• Group chats
• Smart Group Chats

Messages can also be forwarded from Campaigns and Surveys, but not into them.

Messages can be forwarded to:

• A different existing chat you have access to

• Even the same chat (for resharing or emphasis)

   

⚙️ How it works

• Forwarded messages appear with a “Forwarded” label
• There is no link to the original message
• The name of the original sender and source chat are not shown
• The forwarded message becomes a new message in the destination chat

After forwarding, you will land directly in the target chat and see the forwarded message there.
 

💡 Forwarding works for both your own messages and those sent by others.
You cannot forward deleted messages.
