Uploading files and media to Chats

You can upload a file, an image, a video or a GIF in a chat from your desktop, but an image, video or a file from your mobile phone. On all devices you can preview the image you want to send. It is also possible to send multiple images on all devices. 

Here's how you do it from your desktop:

1. Compose your chat message
2. Attach an image or file by clicking on "Image" or "File" icon at the bottom of the compose box and select the file or photo to attach
3. Once the upload is completed, the message will be seen in preview mode
4. By hitting the "Send" button it will be sent

Here's how you do it from your mobile phone: 

1. Compose your chat message
2. Click the "Image" or "File" icon and select a file or photo to attach
3. Once the upload is completed, the message will be seen in preview mode
4. By hitting the "Send" button it will be sent

Maximum Sizes and formats:

• Images: 15 MB; recommended format: JPG, PNG
• Documents: 250 MB; PDF or MS Word
• Videos: 250 MB; MP4 and AVI
• GIFs: 5 MB

Note: GIFs which are larger than 5MB will not show any animation/movement and will appear as a photo. 

On mobile it is possible to share up to 20 files at once.
