How to fix the issue with messages being sent over and over again on Android?
Ask your global admin to remove and recreate the shortcut, which is sending faulty messages. This shortcut can be found by going to the Dashboard → Toolbox → Shortcuts and checking which shortcut has the Chat type and contains the conversations keyword in the Shortcut URL. This can be done via clicking on the cog wheel icon and pressing Edit:
