Whole conversations cannot be deleted, they can only be archived. However, you can delete individual chat messages.
-
The ability to delete messages is activated by default, however customers (global admins) may request deactivating this function for all users. The requests should be directed to Beekeeper Support.
-
The feature is effective only for users' own messages. In other words, no one (not even global admins) can delete other people’s messages.
-
After a message is deleted, it is gone from within the app, but if a special request is filed by the customer, Beekeeper can still manually recover that message within 30 days. After that period, the message is irreversibly lost. Requests are submitted by global admins. Please note that this service involves a handling fee.
To organise your inbox and create greater visibility of important chat messages, use the Archiving Chats function.
