How do I search or filter my chat inbox?

To help you to easily find chat messages in your inbox, you can search chat titles or you can filter to show only unread messages, direct messages or group chats.

Searching by chat title can be combined with filtering to show only unread messages, direct messages or group chats. To do that, first choose a filter from the dropdown, then enter your search term.

The search only applies to chat titles. 

Chat inbox filters can be applied both to a current inbox and to the archive, on web and on Beekeeper mobile applications. 

Chat Inbox Filter on Mobile Apps

Filters in mobile apps offer exactly the same option: search by chat title or filter to show only unread messages, direct Messages or group chats. 

To use inbox filters in mobile apps, navigate to the top of the chat inbox and click on the dropdown icon. A slideout with filtering options will appear on the bottom of your screen. From here you can pick a filter. On top of that filter, you can search for a chat title.
