How do I archive a Chat?

On your desktop

Archiving messages

1. In your chat inbox, click the three dots to the right of the message you want to archive
2. Select “Archive Chat”

Restoring messages

1. Click the three dots menu next to 'Inbox' and click 'Archive'
2. Click the three dots to the right of the message you want to restore
3. Select “Restore this Chat

Archiving messages in bulk:

1. Click the three dots menu next to 'Inbox'
2. Click "Select Chats"
3. Mark the chats you want to archive
4. Click the "Archive" icon

On iOS

Archiving messages

1. In your chat inbox, select the message you want to archive
2. Slide the message to the left
3. Select “Archive”

Restoring messages

1. Tap the archive symbol at the top of the screen
2. Select the message you want to restore
3. Slide the message to the left
4. Select “Restore”

1. In your chat inbox, hold down on the message that you want to archive
2. Tap the archive icon

2. Hold down on the message you want to restore
3. Tap the restore icon

1. Mark the chats you want to archive
2. Click the "Archive" icon
