Ways to work with a QR code in Beekeeper

Login Options

Here are the different scenarios of how users can log in with a QR code:

• A user can login themselves in the mobile app from the web app

In this case, the QR code thus generated will expire within 10 minutes and can only be used once.

• An Admin of a Group or a Location can login a user via:
  
  - Mobile: User profile screen (icon top-right)
  
  
  - Web Dashboard: User management, Onboarding drop-down
  
  In both cases, the QR code thus generated will expire within 10 minutes and can only be used once.

A Global Admin can login a user via a QR code generated in the paper-invite onboarding flow (per user profile or in bulk for a group).

The QR code thus generated will not expire and can only be used once.
Note: when a QR code is thus generated, the user(s) is/are logged out of all existing sessions.

Other Options

Here are other use cases when users can profit from using a QR code:

• A user can select the company ID as a prior step to the login itself

• A user can generate a QR code to share a form

• A user can download the mobile app with a web QR code
