Gastromatic

Gastromatic provides service planning software that supports all areas of time recording, holiday planning, shift management, and payroll accounting.

To set up the app, create a new API Interface in Gastromatic with Read permissions to all services except ‘Bewegungsdaten’ and ‘Abwesenheiten’. Save the following fields to be shared with your Customer Success Manager over a secure channel:

• Base URL – The base URL of the gastromatic web service for the company. E.g. https://api.gastromatic.de/
  
• clientID – The client ID created for Beekeeper by Gastromatic.
  
• clientSecret – The client secret created for Beekeeper by Gastromatic
  

In Beekeeper, create a new Bot Account with admin privileges and use its access key to complete the interface configuration in Gastromatic.
