The entire user lifecycle is managed in the 'Users & Groups' tab on the Dashboard. From here, you can add new users, edit their profile information, send login instructions, organize users into groups and suspend users.
Groups help you replicate the structure of your organization. They are very helpful when it comes to setting up Workflows or sending Campaigns to specific segments of the organization.
Setting up your users and groups in the right way is essential for effective communication.
