Company Account

Company accounts are created by default within your platform and allow you to share information under your company name instead of as an individual. 

For security reasons, only Global Admins can access the company account and this must be done via the dashboard. It is not possible to reset the password for the company account and to use this password for logging in.

To access your company account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Dashboard
2. Click on 'Users & Groups'
3. Click on 'Users'
4. Search for your company name and click on it (Tip: If you select "Administrators" instead of "All users" in the dropdown list, the search will be faster)
5. Click on 'Login as [Company Name]'

Please note: This will log you out of your individual Beekeeper account. When you have finished using your company account, logout and log back in to your individual account using your username and password.
