The Form Content Analytics tab gives you a detailed breakdown of how respondents interacted with your form. It helps you understand performance on a per-question level, so you can see what’s working, what’s confusing, and where improvements might be needed.
Accessing Form Content Analytics
You can open Form Content Analytics in two ways:
From the Responses tab inside your form.
- From the action menu in the form list by clicking “See responses.”
Inside the Form Content Analytics View
The Form Content Analytics view gives you a structured breakdown of each question in your form. Analytics are only available for the following question types:
- Short Text
- Long Text
- Dropdown
- Single-Select
- Multi-select
- Date
- Time
- Number
Each question is displayed with its title at the top, and directly underneath you’ll find:
- The number of responses collected
- The question type
- The required/optional status (only for active questions)
Additional indicators help you quickly understand the state of each question:
- Deleted questions:
- Appear at the bottom of the list
- Marked with a Deleted tag
- Do not include required/optional status
- Conditional questions:
- Display a Conditional tag in the top-right corner
- Help you identify questions that are only shown based on certain logic
This combination of labels, counts, and tags ensures you can easily distinguish between current, deleted, required, optional, and conditional questions while reviewing analytics.
Filtering Results in Form Content Analytics
To narrow down insights, the Form Content Analytics view includes flexible filtering options. Filters help you focus on responses that matter most by location, group, or time frame.
Available filters:
- Location or Group
- You can filter results by either location or group (only one can be applied at a time).
- This lets you analyze how responses vary across different teams, departments, or places.
- Date
- Choose from preset ranges:
- Today
- Last 7 days
- Last 28 days
- All (full dataset)
- Choose from preset ranges:
- Or define a custom date range to analyze responses for a specific period.
These filters apply across the entire view, ensuring that tables and charts only reflect the selected subset of responses.
AI Summary
AI Summary
The AI Summary feature provides a quick, on-demand overview of form responses using AI-generated insights. It helps you get a high-level understanding of what respondents are saying — without manually reading every reply.
How It Works
- The summary is generated only when you click the "Summarize" button on the responses page
- It uses AI to analyze and summarize relevant responses for your review.
What Types of Questions Are Included?
The AI Summary is only available for Short Text and Long Text types of questions.
Which Responses Are Used?
- The AI takes into account only the responses that match your current filters (e.g., date ranges, or specific org unit/group).
- If the full set of responses exceeds the limit, only those that fit within the allowed range of around 35,000 characters will be included, starting from the most recent ones.
This means the number of responses included in the summary may vary based on their length.
The summary description will display the number of latest responses included and the date of the most recent one — unless all matching responses were used, in which case this information will be omitted.
Opt-out
If you prefer not to use the AI Summary feature, you can opt out at any time.
To do so, please contact your account manager, and they’ll assist you in disabling the feature for your organization.
