Overview

Cultivating a connected workplace culture can be challenging, especially when your team is spread across the frontline. The Team Reminders widget bridges that gap by automatically bringing your team's biggest milestones right to the forefront of your Beekeeper app.

Instead of letting important dates slip by, this widget dynamically surfaces birthdays, work anniversaries, and new joiners. It transforms milestone tracking from an administrative chore into an automated, culture-boosting engine.

Capabilities & Configuration Options

The Team Reminders widget is highly flexible and can be tailored to match how your organization likes to celebrate. Whether you want a simple informational display or an interactive engagement driver, the widget can track both current and upcoming celebrations and support the following configurations:

• Interactive Celebrations (Stream Posts): Allow employees to click a reminder and instantly generate a celebratory post in a designated stream. The widget can even prepopulate ready-to-publish templated messages, making it effortless for teams to share the love.
• Direct Outreach (1:1 Chats): Enable a shortcut that redirects users straight into a 1:1 chat with the celebrated employee, allowing for quick, personal congratulations.
• Static Overview: Prefer a clean, distraction-free look? The widget can be configured as a simple informational dashboard that displays milestones without prompting further actions.

How to Enable the Widget

Because this feature requires specific backend configuration, clients cannot set up or enable the Team Reminders widget themselves. The interface required to configure these reminders is not accessible from the standard client dashboard.

To bring the Team Reminders widget to your workspace, simply reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

Your CSM will handle the entire technical setup for you. They will partner with you to choose your preferred actions (such as chat redirects or templated stream posts), ensure the widget aligns with your organization's structure, and launch it smoothly.
