Pages let you build and share structured, visually engaging content like onboarding guides, company handbooks, training recaps, and more – all accessible in one place.
With Pages, admins can create and organize content that's easy to navigate and consume, on both web and mobile.
Creating Pages
You can access Pages from the Dashboard under Document Library → Pages.
Who can create or edit Pages?
Access to create and manage Pages follows the same permissions as the Document Library.

What can you create?
Top-level pages and nested subpages (up to 7 levels).
Rich text formatting:
- Headings (H1 to H5)
- Bold / Italic / Underline / Strikethrough
- Bulleted and numbered lists
- Links
- Images and videos
⚠️ Note: There's no version history or draft mode. Pages are live once created, so make sure to save regularly while editing. Unsaved changes will be lost if you close the editor.
Sharing Pages
Provide access
⚠️ Before sharing a Page, make sure to set permissions by selecting the groups and locations that should have access.
If not set, the Page will remain invisible.
To update access, click "No one" in the Access column and choose who can view the Page.
Share Pages
Pages can be shared via a direct URL. You can link them in multiple ways:
- Shortcuts (e.g. for quick home screen access)
- Posts
- Messages
- Campaigns
When a user opens a shared Page link, it opens in the Toolbox (on both web and mobile), allowing them to keep exploring the content structure.
Viewing and Navigating Pages
Users can access Pages in two ways:
- By clicking a shared URL (e.g. from a Shortcut, Campaign, Post, or Message)
- By browsing through Toolbox → Pages, where they’ll see all pages and subpages they have permission to view
🔐 Page visibility is determined by the same permissions used in the Document Library.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Pages are not searchable (yet – this may be added in a future version)
- You can’t revert to previous versions or drafts – be mindful when editing a page and make sure to save your changes regularly, as unsaved edits will be lost if the editor is closed
- You can nest up to 7 levels of subpages.
