Global admins can easily customize home widgets to better align with their organization’s needs. To access these settings, go to Admin Dashboard > Settings > Home Widgets.
Changing the order of widgets
To change the order, simply drag and drop widgets in the Mobile tab (1-column layout) or the Desktop & Tablet tab (2-column layout) to arrange them in your preferred order. In the Desktop & Tablet tab, you can also move widgets between columns for greater flexibility.
Adding and removing widgets
To add a widget, click "Add a new widget" in the upper-right corner, then select the desired widget from the available list.
Once the widget is approved, it will initially appear with the label 'Hidden', meaning it won't yet be visible in the user interface. To make it visible, position the widget in the desired location, click the gear icon, and select "Make visible”. The widget will then appear in the interface as expected.
To remove a widget, select the gear icon and click either "Hide" or "Remove”. Both options will make the selected widget no longer visible in the interface. However, both actions are reversible.
🚨Adding or removing widgets will always apply to both Mobile and Desktop & Tablet views.
Important Notes:
- Changes apply to the entire tenant.
- Changes will be reflected in the user interface shortly after clicking the save button.
- Home Widgets Customization is available only to global admins.
