Hyphen integrates securely with your User Directory in Beekeeper, enabling targeting and analytics based on user profile fields.
The admin's perspective:
- Create an engagement or lifecycle survey in Hyphen
- Design the survey audience in Hyphen based on Beekeeper profile fields
- Choose the option in Hyphen to "Send via Beekeeper Chat" with a customizable message from Hyphy, the Hyphen-bot
- Use Hyphen's cutting-edge analytics and machine learning to interpret results
The recipient's perspective:
- Receive a Beekeeper Chat message from Hyphy, the Hyphen-Bot, introducing a new engagement or lifecycle survey
- Open the link to the survey
- Complete the questions in Hyphen in a separate browser window
- Submit responses
Installation
The installation of Hyphen and configurations in Beekeeper are performed by your Hyphen representative.
