UKG Pro

UKG Pro is a cloud-based HCM service provided by UKG which combines HR, payroll and talent management.

To get started, create a web service account for Beekeeper through the UKG Pro Service Account Administration dashboard (see https://connect.ultipro.com/web-service-accounts).

How to Create a Web Service Account

1.) Navigate to System Configuration > Security > Service Account Administration.

2.) Before selecting add to create a new Web Service Account, take note of the Customer API Key.

3.) Add another Web Service Account, assign it a name, email and ensure Employee Export and Company Configuration Integration are checked to view. Take note of the User name.

4.) Once you save the new Web Service Account, a password will display, save this value as it will not be accessible once you close the modal. 

5.) Finally, find the Service Endpoint (similar to https://servicet.ultipro.coml/) by navigating to System Configuration > Security > Web Services and copying the first part of one of the endpoints.

Once the service account has been set up, share the following credentials with your Customer Success Manager through a secure channel:

• Username
• Password
• Customer API Key (usually 5 digits in length)
• Service Endpoint (similar to https://servicet.ultipro.com)
