Analyse how employees use Beekeeper to gauge their level of engagement. There are four different tabs you can use to see metrics and detailed information indicating how engaged the users in the system are. We’ll go through the contents and purpose of each of them here:
Overview
Select user group and time frame for the analytics you want to see at the top.
Total Users
This is the total number of users at the end of the selected time range compared to the value at the start of the selected time range.
Activated Users
This is the number of activated users at the end of the selected time range compared to the value at the start of the selected time range.
Monthly Active Users
This is the number of monthly active users at the end of the selected time range compared to the value at the start of the selected time range.
Weekly Active Users
This is the number of weekly active users at the end of the selected time range compared to the value at the start of the selected time range.
Daily Active Users
This is the number of daily active users at the end of the selected time range compared to the value at the start of the selected time range.
Active Users per Channel
This diagram shows the number of active users on each platform. Users who used 2 platforms will be counted twice. The purpose of this graph is to help you understand which channel is the most used among your users, so you can optimize content for that channel.
Activation Rate
This diagram shows you the ratio of activated users to total users at the end of selected timeframe.
Engagement Rate
This diagram shows you the ratio of monthly active users to activated users at the end of selected timeframe.
Stickiness
This chart shows the ratio of daily active users to monthly active users at the end of the selected period.
User activity over time
Active users over time
This graph shows the number of active daily, weekly and monthly users over the selected period.
New active users
This graph shows the number of users who logged in for the first time during the selected period.
Users by status
This diagram shows the number of users in the selected period by status: created, invited, activated. Hover your mouse over a status bar to see the total number of users and the number of users with that status on the respective date.
User stickiness
This graph shows user loyalty over time.
Engagement rate
This diagram shows the number of monthly active users compared to the number of activated users in the selected period. Hover your mouse over a bar to see the number of users activated, the number of active users and the engagement rate for each date.
Active users per channel
This graph shows the number of active users on each platform over the selected time range.
Users who used 2 platforms will be counted twice.
Suspended users
This diagram shows the number of suspended users compared to the total number of users in the selected period. Hover your mouse over a bar to see the total number of users and the number of suspended users on each date.
Most Engaged Users
Top Users
This section shows you which of the users in the group selected have created the largest number of posts or submitted the highest number of comments. The employees driving the most communication could help you champion increased usage, work together with them to bring more colleagues on board and further boost engagement.
This section allows you to see how much more or less engaged your colleagues have been over a period of time when compared to the previous period. The measured time frame is defined by the period selected in the top right corner of the page.
User Activation
User Activity Summary
This shows the recent activity broken down into 5 time frames: these who logged in during last 24 hours, last week, between 7 and 30 days days, more than 30 days and those who never logged in.
Last Login Breakdown
This pie chart is a graphic representation of users login activity over time.
Tracking Last User Activity
This shows unique count over 90 days
User Activation Funnel
This picture offers evocative visualisation of user activity. It vividly reflects the difference among the number of users who logged in at least once, those active in last 7 days and these active in last 24 hours.
