The content tab shows you the most popular content during the selected date range. You can see results across all streams or use the filter at the top left to select a specific stream. You will see the number of posts, comments and reactions, as well as the average time it takes other users to respond.

Streams Overview

In Streams Overview you can compare the activity between your streams and see the statistics involved. This information will help you re-engage streams or restructure your streams' layout to make it clearer and more intuitive to use.

User & Group Engagement

Scroll down to User Engagement and Group Engagement rankings, where you can find the top contributors and most engaged readers, commentators and reactors.

The line graph shows you the number of posts and comments over the selected date range to allow you to analyze when users have been most active. 

The column graph below involves also users' reactions (likes and other emojis used).

Post insights

This section shows you which posts were the most popular by these measures:

• Reads
• Reactions
• Comments

This information can help you identify the types of topics that engage the most. You can also see who wrote the posts and perhaps identify some new champions to work with to drive more engaging content and engagement.

Non-Global Admins have now access to the Overview with “All Streams” being the streams they have access to.
