Sentiment Analysis helps you to understand employee sentiment without sending a survey. Leveraging state-of-the-art Machine Learning techniques, the Sentiment Analysis will provide a measure of aggregate employee sentiment by analyzing the posts and comments in your streams. This is all done while complying with GDPR and privacy regulations.
How does it work?
Global admins can request the Sentiment Analysis Report via the Dashboard and the report will then be generated on a quarterly basis.
Go to the ‘Engagement’ tab under ‘Analytics’ in the dashboard.
Then click on ‘Sentiment Analysis’
Click ‘See a sample report’ to get a clearer idea of what the report will include, or click ‘Request Report’.
Once requested, a team member will reach out to you to finalise the request. If you are on the Premium plan, or once you have paid for the add-on, our data team will create your custom report and share it with you via email within 1-2 weeks, and then every quarter.
The sentiment algorithm is run on the following data points:
- Posts
- Comments
- Streams
The algorithm does not analyze the sentiment of individual users, it analyzes aggregated anonymized data, ensuring users’ privacy. The algorithm is not run unless requested by an Admin.
