How does it work?
When you sign up to a free account, you will automatically get access to a 14-day trial granting access to our most powerful features, allowing up to 30 users to fully explore what we offer (you’ll be on the ‘Premium’ plan). Following this period, you will automatically transition to functionalities of our Essential Plan, which is free for up to 30 users and has no time limit.
All the data and configurations you've established within Beekeeper will seamlessly carry over to the Essential Plan. This means your team can continue working without any hitches or loss of information, ensuring a smooth transition and uninterrupted workflow. You and your team can continue to benefit from Beekeeper's core features without worrying about your trial expiring.

14-Day Premium Trial Period
Full-Feature Access: Your account comes with a 14-day trial period, where up to 30 users can experience the breadth of premium features (you will be on the Premium Plan). This trial is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of how Beekeeper can transform your team's communication and collaboration.
Transition to the time-unlimited Free Account
After the initial 14-day trial, your plan automatically transitions to functionalities from our Essential Plan, but with some limitations. This plan still allows for up to 30 users and offers essential features necessary for effective communication and management within your team, ensuring you can continue to benefit from Beekeeper's core services with no time limit. Exclusions and limitations of your free account
Throughout your experience, your account has the following setup:
- Unlimited Time Usage: No time limit on your free account means you can use Beekeeper as long as you need to get used to the new software.
- First 30 Users Free: Perfect for small teams or those starting their digital workplace journey within a team of a larger organization.
- Flexible Upgrade Options: Should your needs grow, easily upgrade to a paid plan with more features and capacity at any time.
- Usage Limitations: As part of our fair play rules, we limit the use of certain features within your free account. This includes a maximum limit on the number of documents you can upload to the document library (10 documents of 10 MB each), number of files you share in chats and streams (10/day of 10 MB each), active workflows (Max 5) and no ability to utilize external messaging features like SMS or certain integrations/custom services.
What happens if I add more than 30 users?
Up to 30 Users: Free to use with no time limit.
