Login and password reset

For privacy and security reasons, Beekeeper recommends using strong passwords, including special characters and at least 12 characters. The maximum length of your password can be 64 characters.

Here are the minimum requirements for your password:

• 8 or more characters
• Upper & lowercase letters
• At least one number

Below you will find how you can log in or reset your password for the Beekeeper app.

On the mobile

• After opening the app on your mobile you will see the following screen. You should select the option "Sign in with Company ID"

• You enter your company ID. If you are not sure what the ID is, you can ask a colleague or manager for help. You can also click the option "Can't find your company ID" and after typing in your email address or phone number, you will receive a list of companies, where you have an account in Beekeeper, provided that your email address or phone number are stored in your Beekeeper profile.

• Then you enter there email address, phone number or username and your password.                        

• If you have lost your password or can't remember it, you can request a reset email or SMS message to be sent to your phone.

  You just click on the "Forgot Password" button in the login screen. 

• In the next window you are asked to enter your email or phone number.

If an account exists with the email or phone number entered, you will be sent a link with instructions on how to reset the password. The phone number does not have to include the country code. Please note that the reset link is valid 30 minutes only. 

If no account exists, you will not receive a link and instead you should contact your global admin at the company, HR team or IT Support.

They will assess whether the request can be fulfilled, and if the answer is yes they will send you a new password. 

In the web app

• you open your browser (preferably Chrome or Firefox) and enter the URL: www.beekeeper.io 
• you click on Login

• You type in your Company ID. If you do not know your company ID, you may click the option "Can't find your company ID" 

• You should enter your email address or phone number and then you will receive a list of companies where you have Beekeeper account, provided your email address or phone number is stored on your profile in Beekeeper.

• Finally you enter either type your email address or phone number or username and your password. Similarly as on the mobile, if you do not remember your password, you click "Forgot Password"
