This article only applies if your company has enabled sharing positions from Home or is using Forms and has created an employee referral form. If you would like to easily share job listings and refer from Beekeeper, ask your HR team to reach out to their Beekeeper contact.
Ask your HR Manager, or refer to your employee referral policy documentation to find out which process you should use to refer candidates for open roles.
Referring from the Job Referral section on Home
On Home, click on "See open positions". Select the location for which you want to see the available open positions. Click on the job listing you want to share with your network. Click on the "Share this position" button, then either share in the app of your choice or copy the job listing link.
Referring with Forms
Click on the “More” icon and look for the name of your company’s referral form. It might be called something like “Employee Referral Form”. You might also be able to find your company’s referral form on Home under "Shortcuts" or "Pinned Forms".
Click on the Form. Fill out all required fields and press "Submit" when finished. You might receive a message confirming that the submission has been received.
