Which browsers and mobile devices are supported?

Browsers

To use Beekeeper, browser cookies and JavaScript must be activated. For optimal display and functioning, users should have one of the following browsers installed:

• Google Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari (for Apple products)
• Edge

Beekeeper supports the latest two versions of every browser. We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, as they are both high performing browsers compared to others such as Safari. We are not supporting Internet Explorer any more. If you are not currently using either of these last mentioned browsers, you can switch by downloading them from your existing browser. Simply search for, e.g. “download Google Chrome,” and follow the steps.

Please note that your browser/operating system needs to support TLS1.2 to function correctly with Beekeeper.

Mobile devices

You can use Beekeeper on a desktop device, such as a laptop or personal computer, as well as on mobile or tablet. Beekeeper offers native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android devices.

You can use the Beekeeper web app on your Windows phone by opening a web browser and navigating to your company link (e.g. https://[your-company].beekeeper.io), as you would on a desktop device.

Minimum requirements

• Android: version 8.0 and above
• iOS: version 14 and above

App versions

Mobile application versions of Beekeeper will not be supported if they exceed the age of 1 year after production release.

So, in order for the app to continue being supported, it must be updated at least once in the space of a year.
