New email domain: how to keep receiving our messages

As part of our transition to LumApps, our emails will now be sent from @mail.lumapps.com. This change helps improve email deliverability and ensures you continue receiving important updates, product news, and event invitations without interruption.

To make sure our emails always reach your inbox, we recommend adding @mail.lumapps.com to your safe sender list (or allowlist).

Gmail

Gmail doesn’t have a traditional safe sender list, but you can create a filter to prevent emails from going to spam.

Steps:

• Open Gmail

• Click the filter icon in the search bar

• In the From field, enter: @mail.lumapps.com

• Click Create filter

• Select Never send it to Spam

• Click Create filter to save

You can also add the sender to your contacts for extra assurance.

Outlook (Web & Desktop)

Outlook allows you to add domains directly to your Safe Senders list.

Steps:

• Open Outlook

• Go to Settings

• Select Mail → Junk email

• Under Safe senders and domains, click Add

• Enter: @mail.lumapps.com

• Save your changes

Apple Mail (Mac & iCloud)

Apple Mail improves filtering based on your actions.

Steps:

• Add to Contacts: Open an email from us, click on the sender's email address in the header, and select "Add to Contacts".

• If it’s in Junk, click Move to Inbox or Not Junk

Still not receiving our emails?

Check your spam or junk folder and mark any messages from us as Not spam. This helps your email provider recognize future emails as safe.
