• How secure is the use of Beekeeper, particularly regarding our data?

Beekeeper's underlying data security does apply across the product. Regarding AI, in particular the use of so called LLMs, Beekeeper uses general models and applies them to customer data, e.g. to obtain a summary of a text. Beekeeper does not use customer data to train those models, or to apply such training to other customers.

• To what extent can mood analyses via Beekeeper AI be performed in relation to the latest EU regulations?

Our Sentiment Analysis (Mood Analysis) is GDPR and EU AI Act Compliance (Legislation not yet enforced) - It respects the privacy and anonymity of users by analyzing aggregated & highly anonymized data. Our Proprietary AI Algorithms never use private data for training and prediction purposes.
