Adding Workflows Automation Bot to a Group

In case there are access limitations to a specific group within the folder where you want to upload the document, make sure that the Workflow Automation Bot is added to this group. If the permissions are set to ‘Everyone”, there is no need to add the bot to any group.

On this screenshot you can see that this folder is limited to “Frontline” group.

To add the bot to this group go to:

1. Dashboard > Users & Groups > Groups
2. Open the group where you need to add the bot
3. Click on “+ Add User” in the right upper corner and select “Add existing User”
4. Select the “Workflow Automation Bot” from the drop down and click on “Add”

Once added, the bot will appear on the list of users:
