Workflows allow you to digitize and automate your common processes to boost efficiency. You can automate common requests, recurring tasks, and approval processes and move and transform data between systems.
However, due to the complexity of workflows, while creating them some issues may appear, which will result in execution failure.
The best way to investigate what went wrong with a given workflow is to check the Execution history of workflows.
To do this, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Dashboard.
- Select Toolbox.
- Click Workflows.
- Click on the Execution history tab.
- Locate the workflow you are interested in, you might need to adjust the filters provided.
- Click on the failed workflow to see the step where it got stuck.
