How do we handle your data in Anonymous Forms

If you submit information through an Anonymous Form, your company's administrators will not be able to see that the information was sent by you. In addition, Beekeeper does not retain any personal identifier in the database.

If you want to ensure that your answers are anonymous, please make sure that you do not send any personally identifying information in the form responses (e.g. name, phone number, email address or even context).

On a technical level of Beekeeper's service, we are required to maintain security logs that may contain information that would allow connections between the submitter of the form and the user to be made. This information may be IP address, User ID, Session ID, Tenant ID, etc. However, Beekeeper will not disclose these logs to your company or any other third-party, unless required to do so by applicable law or as mandated by a legally enforceable public order or subpoena.
