Below you will find how you can log in or reset your password for the Beekeeper app.
On the mobile
- Open the app on your mobile and always choose the option "Join my teammates"
- Select the option "Sign in with Company ID"
- Enter your company ID. If you are not sure please check this article.
- If you are still not sure what the ID is, you can ask a colleague for help. You can also click the option "Can't find your company ID" and after typing in your email address or phone number, you will receive a list of companies, where you have an account in Beekeeper, provided that your email or phone are stored in your profile.
- After you have entered your Company ID, please fill in your email address, phone number or username and the password.

If you have lost your password or can't remember it, you can request a reset email or SMS message to be sent to your phone.
Click on the "Forgot Password" button in the login screen. In the next window you will be asked to enter your email or phone number.
Important note: You will receive the password reset instructions only if your account contains the email address or phone number you have provided. If you do not receive the instructions and cannot find them in your spam folder, please contact your supervisor or your HR department or company IT help desk for further support.
In the web app
- Open your browser (preferably Chrome or Firefox) and enter the URL: www.beekeeper.io
- Click on Login
- Type in your Company ID. If you do not know the Company ID please check this article.
- If you are still not sure what the ID is, you can ask a colleague for help. You can also click the option "Can't find your company ID" and after typing in your email address or phone number, you will receive a list of companies, where you have an account in Beekeeper, provided that your email or phone are stored in your profile.
- Finally enter either your email address or phone number or username and your password. Similarly as on the mobile, if you do not know your password, click "Forgot Password"
- Then provide your email address or phone number and click "Send reset link".
If an account exists with the email or phone number entered, you will be sent a link with instructions for how to reset the password. If no account exists, you will not receive a link and instead you should contact your global admin at the company, HR team or IT Support.
They will assess whether the request can be fulfilled, and if the answer is yes they will send you a new temporary password.
