If you are currently logged in to your browser or computer, you can re-login to your smartphone as follows:
- Open your profile (upper right menu > "Your Profile")
- Click on "Login on Mobile"
- Scan the QR code with the app to log in
If you are not logged in to your browser, but still need to reset your password, you can click on ‘I forgot my password’ and enter your email address or phone number.
Important note: You will receive the password reset instructions only if your account contains the email address or phone number you have provided. If you do not receive the instructions and cannot find them in your spam folder please contact your supervisor or your HR department or company IT help desk for further support.
