Group Admins have access to the Dashboard but only to the users assigned to their specific group. Depending on which plan you are currently on About the Beekeeper plan types), they can also send Campaigns and Surveys, set up Worker Bees, and see the Analytics for their particular group.
Assigning Group Admin Access
- Login to the desktop app
- Go to the Dashboard by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner and selecting “Dashboard”
- Click the “Users & Groups” tab to the left and then select the “Groups” subtab
- Click the gear icon to the right of the desired user and select “Make Admin”
All Group Admins are distinguishable with a blue tag in the list of users within a Group.
