The Help Center is a great place to learn more about Beekeeper and to find answers to any questions you may have, but if you can’t find what you’re looking for, there are a few ways you can get in touch.
- Contact support via the web app or mobile app
- Use Intercom to chat online with your Customer Success Manager or a member of the support team
- Get in touch with your Customer Success Manager by email or phone
- Submit feedback and keep track of developments through productboard
Any user can contact support through both the web app and the mobile app. This function can be used to report bugs or for general queries.
We'll reply to any questions that you have within 24 hours.
How to Contact Support via the Web App
Click the Help button in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen:
This will open a dialogue box, in which you can leave us a message and upload any relevant attachments such as screenshots.
How to Contact Support via the Mobile App
Click ‘More’, then ‘Help and Support’, then ‘Contact Support’.
You can then either search for a Help Center article or click the speech bubble icon in the top right-hand corner to take you to the Contact Us page.

Intercom is exclusively for Global, Group and Stream Admins and allows you to chat to your Customer Success Manager or to a member of the support team.
How to access Intercom
You can access Intercom by clicking the symbol in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen when you’re using the web app:
A dialogue box will appear and you can start chatting:

When you have more complicated questions or you if you want to discuss special use cases, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager by phone or email.
