Home 2.0 will be released to customers gradually up until the end of February 2025. You will be informed ahead of time about a planned rollout date.
Workspace Home has been created to help Admins and Frontline teams get one-click access to the most relevant and most recent information.
The home page consists of a number of widgets that display unread, recent content: posts, chat conversations, tasks, campaigns, surveys, contacts and shortcuts.
It is based on a pre-configured ranking, and no set up is required from the Admin side. You can, however, adjust the page to your organizations’ needs. Check the Home configuration article for details.
Workspace Home contains two main sections:
My Day - displays the most current, unread content, ranked by recency, from the last 7 days. That’s the main column in the Web App, and the left tab in the Mobile app.

Quick Access - displays useful content which may be needed, and should be available at hand. That’s the right hand-side column in the web app, and the right tab in mobile.
